WHAT TO BUY

First lets clear out our pantries and refrigerators and give ourselves a chance at creating a clean healthy environment and lifestyle for us to thrive!

Donate unwanted food to local shelters or organizations that provide meals for the hungry.

Now let's find some cruelty free options.

* = The only milk we should be drinking, no additives, no sugar, simple ingredients. Even almond and soy milk have a ton of ingredients and unnecessary sugar. They are certainly better options than the milk from a cow however, the best way to go is unsweetened coconut milk.

**= Don’t buy cocoa powder, it is a refined form of Cacao Powder

I also love to go to local farmers markets and support local organic farms.

What to Buy: Services

Food with inedible skin is generally safe to buy not organic. If we are eating what is exposed to the outside world, we should buy organic.
