HEART DISEASE:
THE #1 KILLER OF MEN AND WOMEN.

A plant based diet can REVERSE heart disease.

Do you know what the number one CAUSE of death in the US is? The number one cause of disability?

 OUR DIET.

Our diet kills more than smoking does.

WE NEED TO ROLE MODEL HEALTHY BEHAVIOR

Some criticize plant based eaters for being extreme. Extreme is our present day diet. Extreme is having to saw your breast bone in half for bypass surgery, a stroke, a breast or colon removed.

THAT IS EXTREME.

FRUITS + VEGETABLES = HAPPINESS

There is a relationship between the food we eat and the moods we feel. Eating up to 7 -8 servings a day of fruits and vegetables increases life satisfaction and happiness.

Promote your emotional well being through food.

Animal proteins turn into toxic substances like ammonia when it is in the colon. Degradation of undigested protein is called putrefaction. Even a little bit of animal protein can putrefy in your colon. The byproducts of this process is extremely toxic.

**Remember those smelly farts we all had before we went plant based that smelt like rotten eggs? That gas produces changes in the colon that increase your risk of cancer. It doesn't just smell bad- it is harming you!**

When we reduce our intake of animal proteins, our blood stream can suppress cancer cell growth 8X better!

Health: About

DID YOU KNOW?

Humans eat meat for protein. BUT! Protein found in animals is referring to the protein from plants and grass the cows ate when they were alive. Therefore we don't need to eat meat for protein if the true source of protein is the green goodness itself.

On average women: 46 grams of protein

Men: 56 grams of protein

This is a lot less than we actually think we need, hence the large portions of meat served in the food industry.

EGGS ARE THE #1 SOURCE OF CHOLESTEROL

Lower your cholesterol by STOP EATING EGGS.
Cholesterol infiltrates our arteries causing arterie crystals to form and protrude from the plaque that bursts the artery open. As cholesterol crystallizes, the sharp tip rips through the membrane. This is only found to happen with cholesterol.

STEROID HORMONES ARE UNAVOIDABLE IN FOOD OF ANIMAL ORIGIN. EVEN ORGANIC.

The industry pounds so many hormones into bovine and other farm animals that when we eat and drink food that comes from animals, we ingest a large amount of hormones and this changes our metabolism levels. We milk cows while they are pregnant which means the  levels of hormones are already immensely high. In the 90's the European Union BANNED imported meat and animal proteins from America because of the amount of synthetic hormones.

We can reduce our chance of breast cancer by more than half if we stay away from all animal protein.

"We cannot continue to have public and private organizations on the forefront of the health leadership recommend to the public a dietary plan that guarantees that millions will perish from the very disease the guidelines were supposed to prevent." Dr. Michael Greger

When underlying lifestyle causes are addressed, patients can often stop taking medications that they otherwise would be on for life. We are not only reducing our risk but we are reversing and eliminating fatal diseases through our diet. The economy has become dependent on the population getting sick. Physicians lack training on how to help people learn how to eat a healthy diet, exercise, stop smoking, manage weight, address effect of environmental toxins. So physicians continue to do what they know how to do: prescribe medicine and perform surgery. After all, doctor reimbursement leads = medicine prescriptions.
